This is a nice article, Jarrod...I have a question here though. Three teams ended on 10 points in Group C, Sri Lanka, USA and Wales. The SL v Israel match and USA v Wales match was to be played on the SAME day. Had Wales defeated USA, they would have finished on 14 points (and US on 6) and that would have knocked SL out of the semifinal reckoning. SL wouldn't have known beforehand about that result, so by refusing to play Israel (on the same day that Wales won) they were risking losing that semifinal berth anyway. USA did them a favour by beating Wales which ensured a three-way tie...or am I reading the rules of that tournament completely wrongly here?
