Pakistan, India, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, England and Afghanistan are the Test playing nations with an above .500 record in T20s. Of course, a few teams aren't there, Ireland and Bangladesh, West Indies and Sri Lanka.

Of all those teams, Sri Lanka are the closest to 50/50, though.

It might seem odd they and the West Indies are that bad, being they have won three World Cups between them. And Sri Lanka has two other final appearances as well.

But when you break it down it becomes a lot more clear. If you look at T20 from the start to Sri Lanka's win in 2014, they were the best team in the sport.

Winning almost two-thirds of their games. And to cap that off with a World Cup win made it even better.

Technically, Zimbabwe had them covered, but adjusting for ability, this is horrendous.

Sri Lanka won 28% of their games in this period. In the random world of T20Is it is almost impossible to be that bad consistently.
